Holiday Veggie Platter

Are you heading to a holiday party or New Year’s get together? Why not bring a healthy snack that will put on a smile on everyone’s face? A Christmas tree inspired veggie platter is the perfect festive addition to any table! Purchase a Hefty EZ Foil Tin and fill it with your favorite veggies! My kids loved doing these this year and we made several versions for holiday get togethers. All it took was a little time to wash and rinse our vegetables and a bit of creative arranging! The result was a conversation starter and a great alternative to an overabundance of Christmas cookies. Different tins are available seasonally or you can easily use any shape cake pan you currently have to achieve the same effect. I am planning on doing one for Valentine’s Day as well!
